Clients can have an email thread lasting up to 5 Email exchanges  to answer  any questions you may have and  your specific concerns regarding your child's sleep schedule. 

Phone Consultation: $70 

 Clients can book an initial  45 minute  phone consultation where I can help with forming a schedule depending on you're Child's age, development, and temperament. Going forward clients have the option of scheduling another consultation for a discounted price.  

The all inclusive package begins with the client completing a comprehensive intake form. Based on the information provided, a detailed individualized sleep plan will be made for the child,  Also included in the plan is information about common sabotages to a successful night's sleep such as night wakings and dependencies on sleep props. In addition, topics such as safe sleep, feedings and naptime training will be addressed.

 This package also includes unlimited email/text support for the next 2 weeks during our regular business hours.
